Smithfield Fast Lube was founded in November 2005 as the successor to Mike’s Q-Lube, a business that was sold by brothers Mike and Glen Schlickenmeyer in 2002. With over 30 years of combined experience in the automotive and retail industries, Mike and Glen brought their expertise to Smithfield, VA, creating Smithfield Fast Lube based on the same core values that made Mike’s Q-Lube successful: dedication, high-quality service, and customer-first care.

Our team consists of highly trained, experienced individuals who are passionate about getting the job done right the first time. We take great pride in our current and former employees who have served or are serving in the military, as their commitment and discipline reflect the values our company upholds.
